1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Sale & License (“Terms”) apply to every purchase from First Pass Safety Compliance, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as First Pass Safety (“First Pass Safety,” “we,” “us”). “You” means the company that places the order and the person ordering for it.

A “Platform” means a contractor prequalification or contractor-management platform, including ISNetworld, Avetta, and Veriforce. Our programs are built for ISNetworld, Avetta, and Veriforce compliance, and we may also offer them for other Platforms as listed in your quote.

2. Ordering, payment, and delivery

• Quote first. You send us your Platform’s required-program list or the programs you want, and we email you a quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• Invoice. An order is formed when you accept a quote and pay our invoice in full. Payment is online only, through our payment processor. Prices are in U.S. dollars, plus sales tax where it applies.
• One-time prices, pay per service. There are no subscriptions, memberships, or automatic renewals. You pay only for the programs and services on your invoice.
• Delivery. We deliver template orders within 1 business day of payment. We email you a private download link for your Word (.docx) files, tailored to your company. Your download link stays active for 30 days, and you can download as many times as you need while it is active. We keep a copy of your programs for one year from delivery and can resend them on request: email [email protected].
• Payment receipt. When your payment is confirmed, we email you a receipt and you can print a paid invoice from your online quote page.
• Prices. Current prices are on our pricing page. The prices on your accepted quote apply to your order.

3. You upload the files; optional Avetta & Veriforce upload service

By default, we build and deliver your platform-ready programs along with a free step-by-step upload guide (ISNetworld orders also include a RAVS requirement crosswalk, or answer key), and you upload the programs yourself. For ISNetworld orders, you always keep full control of your account and upload and submit your own programs—we do not log in to or upload to ISNetworld accounts. For Avetta and Veriforce orders, optional Done-for-You Upload & Submission assistance is available at an additional fee when included on your accepted quote.

You can add this service to an order, as quoted on your written quote:

• Optional Avetta & Veriforce Upload Service (charged per platform: $18/program for 1–9 programs, $15/program for 10+ programs, capped at $299 per platform for a Complete Library or large-package upload, so both Avetta and Veriforce are up to $598, as quoted): available for Avetta and Veriforce orders only. When included on your accepted quote (including when you add it on your online quote page before paying), we upload your tailored program files and complete the associated document citation tagging in your Avetta or Veriforce account using the temporary access or submission workflow you authorize.

Timing. Platform review times are set by the Platform and are outside our control, so we do not promise when a review will be completed or accepted. We respond promptly to reviewer comments you forward to us.

Your part. Unless you have ordered and paid for the optional Avetta & Veriforce upload service on your accepted quote, you are responsible for uploading and submitting the programs to your Platform. In all cases, you are responsible for the accuracy of the company information you give us and for actually implementing the programs at your workplaces, including training your people and keeping records.

Upload service terms (Avetta & Veriforce)

• Separate fee, per platform. The upload & submission service is a separate fee from your programs and is charged per platform: you can choose Avetta, Veriforce, or both, and each chosen platform appears as its own line item on your quote, invoice, and checkout. You can add or remove platforms yourself on your online quote page, including after you accept, until payment starts.
• Our programs only. We upload only programs that First Pass Safety wrote for you. We do not upload your own programs or programs from any third party.
• Your access. You must give us access by adding us as our own user (Avetta: Add User with document-upload permissions; Veriforce: the “3rd Party Administrator” role) using [email protected], and tell us which clients or operators to submit against. Please do not email us your password. You can remove our access at any time.
• Turnaround. Upload turnaround starts once you have granted access. We then upload and submit in about 2 business days and email you a confirmation. Platform review times are set by the Platform.
• ISNetworld is always self-upload. We do not log in to or upload to ISNetworld accounts.
• Refunds. The upload fee is charged per platform and is fully refundable for any platform you decide not to use the upload service for, or where we’re unable to complete the upload. Programs are delivered separately and are covered by our revision guarantee (free revisions until 100% accepted); program fees are not refundable.

4. The Complete Library and updates

• The Complete Library includes every finished program we offer on the date you buy it. It does not include programs we may add later.
• For 12 months after purchase, if the Platform or a regulation changes a Library program’s requirements, we update that program free.
• The Master Table of Contents and Code of Safe Practices come with the Library (and larger bundles) as free additions for organizing your programs into one manual.
• We do not offer paid rewrites or fixes of programs.

5. Your license

Once you pay, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the programs inside your own company, including all of its own locations. You may edit them as much as you like. You may also share your completed programs with your hiring clients, the Platform, and regulators as part of normal use.

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the programs, edited or not. You also may not share them with another company or post them publicly. One license covers one company. A consultant buying for clients needs a separate license for each client company. We keep all ownership of the templates.

6. The First Pass Guarantee

What it covers. The First Pass Guarantee covers written-program reviews on ISNetworld (RAVS), Avetta (Safety Manual Audit), and Veriforce (Program Reviews / SPE v2) of our unedited programs.

Free revisions until 100% accepted. If an ISNetworld, Avetta, or Veriforce reviewer flags one of our programs that you have not edited, forward the reviewer comments to [email protected] and we will revise the program free of charge and send you the updated file within 1 business day to re-upload. If the reviewer requests any additional changes to that program, we will continue revising it free of charge until that program is 100% accepted by the Platform reviewer.

What counts as unedited. A program still counts as unedited as long as you have not edited the program text (putting in your company details, role titles, names, dates, training records, and forms, deleting the buyer instruction page, or tailoring we did for you is fine):

• entered your company details or changed role titles to match your company;
• filled in names, dates, training records, and forms;
• deleted the buyer instruction page; or
• kept tailoring or changes we made for you.

How to claim. Email [email protected] with the reviewer comments within 30 days after the Platform flags the program, and no later than 12 months after delivery.

Limits. The guarantee covers the Platform written-program requirements in effect when you bought the program (later changes are handled under Section 4). It covers written-program review only: it does not cover your overall Platform grade or score, insurance, statistics, training records, field audits, or any hiring client’s decision. Programs we did not write, or that someone other than us edited, are not covered. Free revisions until the program is accepted by the Platform reviewer are your sole and exclusive remedy for any program flagged during review.

7. Refunds

Programs are editable digital goods. Once your download link has been delivered, all sales of programs and the Complete Library are final and non-refundable. Instead of a money-back refund, our unedited programs are backed by free revisions until 100% accepted under the First Pass Guarantee in Section 6. If a file will not open or is damaged, email [email protected] and we will replace it at no charge. Upload service: The upload fee is charged per platform and is fully refundable for any platform you decide not to use the upload service for, or where we’re unable to complete the upload. Programs are delivered separately and are covered by our revision guarantee (free revisions until 100% accepted); program fees are not refundable. See Upload service terms.

8. Disclaimers

• Our programs are templates and a starting point. They are not legal advice and do not replace professional judgment.
• Buying or using our programs does not guarantee compliance with OSHA or any other law, or the outcome of any inspection, citation, or audit.
• You are responsible for adapting the programs to your own sites, work, and hazards, and for checking them against current federal, state, local, and hiring-client requirements.
• Except for the guarantee in Section 6, the programs and services are provided “as is,” without other warranties.
• Independence. First Pass Safety is an independent provider of written safety programs. First Pass Safety Compliance, LLC is in no way endorsed, sponsored, or approved by, or otherwise affiliated with, ISN Software Corporation, ISNetworld®, Avetta®, Veriforce®, or any other Platform. ISN®, ISNetworld®, RAVS®, and T-RAVS™ are trademarks or registered trademarks of ISN Software Corporation. Avetta® and Veriforce® are trademarks of their respective owners. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners. We use these names only to describe compatibility, and nothing on this site or in our programs is a statement by any Platform.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a program or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. These include lost work or contracts, lost profits, fines or penalties, and injuries or damage arising from how the programs are implemented at your workplaces.

10. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. The version in effect when you accepted your quote applies to that order.
