1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how First Pass Safety Compliance, LLC, doing business as First Pass Safety (“we,” “us”), handles personal information. It covers this website and our orders and services. Questions: [email protected].

2. What we collect

We collect what you choose to send us through our quote form or by email:

• your name, company name, email address, and phone number (optional);
• your required-program lists, screenshots, and other files from a contractor prequalification platform (such as ISNetworld, Avetta, or Veriforce);
• details you give us to tailor your programs to your company, and reviewer comments you send for guarantee claims; and
• order and invoice records.

For ISNetworld orders, we never access your platform account—you upload your programs yourself. For Avetta and Veriforce orders, we only access your platform account if you specifically request and authorize our optional Avetta/Veriforce upload service on your accepted quote.

3. How we use it

We use your information to:

• prepare quotes and invoices;
• tailor and deliver your programs, and provide the revisions and updates you order;
• handle guarantee claims and support requests; and
• keep business and tax records.

We don’t send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business:

• Payment processor: handles your payment. Card details go directly to the processor, and we never see or store full card numbers.
• Cloudflare: hosts this website, stores quote requests and the files you attach to them, stores your program files for delivery through private, expiring download links, and runs a spam check (Turnstile) on the quote form.
• Google Workspace: handles our email.
• Resend: sends our automatic emails, such as our copy of your quote request and your quote, receipts and delivery emails.
• Google Fonts: provides the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google to load them.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To see how many people visit and which pages they view, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that sets no cookies, doesn’t use local storage, doesn’t follow you across other websites, and doesn’t collect personal information; it counts page views, the referring website, and general browser, device, and country details. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary security cookies and keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to protect the site.

6. How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it:

• Quote requests that don’t become orders: deleted within about 12 months.
• Order and invoice records: kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
• Delivered program files: kept for one year from delivery so we can resend them or handle guarantee claims, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Download links stay active for 30 days.

7. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. We will delete what we are not legally required to keep.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including private storage and expiring download links. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

9. Children, law, and changes

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page.
